Ave is like a bridge connecting the past and the present.
The well -known violinist from Ukraine Myroslava Kotorovych and the pianist Milda Umbrussevičiūtė, who has repeatedly delighted the listeners at the Music Magic Club, has prepared a sensitive program based on J. S. Bach and F. Schubert's masterpieces. But tonight, the works of contemporary Ukrainian composers, directly related to the ideas of the great masters, will be performed next to them.
Valentino Silvestrov's three -part thumbnail Hommage à J.S. Bach subtly responds to the spirit of the Baroque genius, with contemporary sounding to speak the greatness of the past. Meanwhile, Victoria Poleva, inspired by F. Schubert's song Liebesbotschaft, creates a piece of the same name, in which the aesthetics of Romanticism blend in with the sensitivity of contemporary music.
