"America in the Bath" is the first one -part performance in Lithuania in Lithuania based on the play of the same name, which after almost 125 has turned into a contemporary musical comedy and is presented to today's viewer!
In the comedy, the evolution of Lithuanian identity and a deep spirit of patriotism are witty, the origins of which often hide in the most true province. Renata Valčik, the author of the scenography, is masterfully creating an atmosphere of such a province - the car tires are replaced by the furniture here, and the ingeniously painted and bright colors painted in bright colors are the true testimony of the artistic taste of the province. The signs of the modern Lithuanian village, recognizable to the pain, will make not only the smile, but also the whole belly.
This comedy is accompanied by live music by actors, masterfully performed vocal parties, bright suits and makeup, a lot of fun improvisation, youth spree, lightness, games and freedom.
But the main idea, as in Keturaki's time, remains the same - always better where we are not!
