Pianist Lukas Geniušas is established as one of the most interesting and distinctive artists of his generation. Praised for his "The Guardian", he is invited to hold recitals on the most prestigious scenes in the world, such as London Wigmore Hall, Concertgebouw Astedarm, Paris Sally Gaveau, Louvre Auditorium, New York Frick Collection. Phillips Collection, Genoa Theater Carlo Felice, Milan's Salla Verdi and others. He is also constantly invited to festivals, including Irving S. Gilmore International Piano Festival, La Roque d'Anthéron, Piano Aux Jacobins, Rheingau, Ruhr Piano Festival, Schloss Elmau and Lockenhaus Music Festivals. L. Geniuš's discography, which has won the best critics' ratings, includes the works of L. Van Beethoven, J. Brahms, S. Rachmaninov, F. Chopin, as well as chamber music records. His first record of S. Prokofiev's piano sonatas in 2019, released by Mirare. He was awarded the Choc de Classica and the Rangeason magazine Recitals of the Year awards. 2022 Together with opera soloist Asmik Grigorian, the pianist has won the prestigious Gramophone Classical Music Award for their joint work - Sergei Rachmaninov's romance album Dissonance.
Born in 1990 In Moscow, in the family of famous musicians, L. Geniušas started his musical path at the F. Chopin College of Music in Moscow, who completed the highest ratings in 2008. He followed the studies at the Moscow Conservatoire, his grandmother, the prominent piano professor Vera Gornostayeva. L. Geniušas became the winner of several prestigious international competitions, including the Tchaikovsky competition in Moscow in 2015. (2nd place) and F. Chopin International Competition 2010 (II place). Since 2015 Lukas Geniušas is a participant of the Filantropic project "Looking at the Stars" in Toronto.
The Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra (founded by LKO, Prof. Saulius Sondeckis in 1960) is one of the most prominent and world -renowned musical groups in our country. Today, its tours are running around the world - almost all European countries, North and South America, South Africa, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, China, Lebanon; Scenes like Berlin Philharmonic and Vienna Musikverein, London Royal Festival Hall and Roman Santa Cecilia, Amsterdam Concertgebouw and Paris Salle Pleyel, Leipzig Gewandhaus and many more. LKO has collaborated with many prominent artists in the world. Since 2008 The artistic director and conductor of the orchestra is a prominent violinist Virtuoso Sergei Krylov. LKO has recorded over 100 vinyl or CDs of various repertoire, among other Lithuanian teams and S. Krylov, A. Vivaldi's "Seasons" was published by the world -renowned classical music publisher Deutsche Grammophon. After an eight-year break, in 2024, another CD of LKO, S. Krylov and E.
