Educational activity - Make T -shirts "Don't forget who you are"
Education is for students of all classes. Acquaintance with Little Lithuania, one of the ethnographic regions of Lithuania and the most famous writer of the region I. Simonaityte. Students will have a unique opportunity to hear the audio recordings of I. Simonaitytė's "Fate of the High Shimonys" in the dialect of the Schioniškės (Lithuanian), as well as records about this unique land and its traditions. We will discuss how special this land is and what its fate is.
By discussing the natural distinctiveness of Lithuania Minor, the cultural heritage, the peculiar traditions, we will make a T -shirt for ourselves. The shirt will be with a pre -printed Lithuanian outline with the boundaries of ethnographic regions. The T -shirt will decorate the note "Don't forget who you are". With the help of special tools and paint textiles, we will mark the centers of ethnic regions, drawing regional flags on the map, discussing how the regions are different. We will emphasize from which region we come from, attribute the regions to colors or special patterns. The complexity of education will be adapted to the age of pupils every time.
